Can we believe its 2019?! Ahhhhhh. 2018 was good to me but I’m excited for 2019! I have to thank ALL of you for following along, reading my blog and even just looking at my Instagram or blog. It means the world to me!

I tried SO many new beauty products in 2018. I would say 2018, I really shifted my blog to primarily beauty and I haven’t looked back since. It had always been something I loved but I never knew what existed in the beauty blogosphere! It’s been enlightening, incredibly educational and totally rewarding. I love talking beauty with all of you!

I’m always talking about what’s new so I thought this post would be helpful. Here in all it’s shiny goodness and wonder is my beauty favorites for 2018! Here are last year’s 2017 favorites!

Best of Beauty 2018

Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara. My go-to mascara on night out. It gives you the darkest, most voluminous lashes and doesn’t smudge.

Glossier Lash Slick. – More natural but I really enjoy it and it never smudges. Maybelline Snapscara is a new love and very similar, cheaper and easier to get.

Hourglass Caution Mascara. Another fabulous one that won’t smudge. I’d trust this mascara to take me through anything.

Maybelline Lash Sensational – best drugstore option; doesn’t smudge and like Monsieur Big, packs on the volume.

It was the year of mascara! I also have to give a shout out to Revitalash for transforming my lashes. I’ll never get sick of people asking me if my lashes are real! Hahah. All of these are fabulous and none of them smudge on me. I’d pick any of these mascaras over false lashes.

Marc Jacobs Omega Coconut Bronzer. – It’s fragile but I think it’s that good! Such a good color and goes on like butter.

Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter x Nikki Tutorials. – SO pigmented and buttery. I hit pan!

Wet n Wild Nude Awakening Palette. – I never do drugstore eyeshadow because one, I don’t wear eyeshadow often and two, I want good performing eyeshadow. I don’t have time to blend for days! This shadow is such good quality and rivals my high-end palettes. I reach for this over my high-end palettes most of the time since I love the top transition shade. It’s the only one I use but it’s the perfect taupe, cool brown.

Hourglass Scattered Light Glitter Eyeshadow. – This is pure metallic goodness, it’s easy to use with minimal fallout. My friends come to me while I’m doing my makeup and ask for the sparkly stuff aka this!

Kaja Beauty Eyeshadow Trio. – GORGEOUS. These shades have a duo chrome flip and they’re so bright and sparkly. I apply these with my figer and go! So pigmented, buttery and show stopping. Definitely my favorite eyeshadow this year.

Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter. A TOP favorite. I love this smeared everywhere as my highlighter. It’s beautiful and it gives you a movie star glow. Plus it blurs out imperfections, pores and dry spots. What’s not to love?

Bobbi Brown x Sazan Nude lipstick. – Such a great collaboration and it’s the perfect nude that’s comfortable, easy and buildable.

Fenty Gloss. – I LOVE the Fenty Glosses. Fenty Fu$$y is my fave but I just got it so it’snot quite top of 2018 yet. The OG gloss bomb def held my top spot during the year and is still a favorite.

Too Faced Born This Way Concealer. – My Favorite full coverage concealer and it hydrates! I use this whenever I have a blemish so I can just spot conceal and go!

I really stepped up my skincare routine this year and this is the best my skin has ever looked. I’m hooked. I’m more sensitive so I’m starting out figure out what works! Here’s my favorites.

Drunk Elephant D- Bronzi. – A HG that I use daily. I apply this after SPF mixed into a separate SPF…the La Roche Posay tinted SPF because it’s the perfect texture. If I’m ambitious I’ll apply concealer and go but usually, it’s just this stuff and mascara. I’m hooked and already on my second one! It’s perfect for evening out your skin tone and leaving a healthy glow.

Farmacy Honeymoon Glow. – This transformed my skin in terms of texture and dark spots. It’s 14% AHA/ BHA blend works really well for my skin. I was heistant to try this but so glad I did. Farmacy was definitely one of my favorite brands in 2018!

Kiehls 12% Line Reducing Serum. – My favorite vitamin c and my second bottle! It helps with fine lines along with brightening, doesn’t smell and is more stable since it’s a cream. I find it to be more hydrating too since it’s a cream texture.

Supergoop Mineral Matte Sunscreen. – BEST daily SPF. Takes care of shine but leaves a glow. It’s fantastic and leaves a good base for makeup.

Summer Fridays Jet Lag & Overtime. – I’ve had mixed feelings about Jet Lag but I’ve found my way and it’s the perfect overnight mask that will hydrate, nourish and plump up the skin. Overtime is my go-to physical exfoliator — it leaves my skin fresh and extremely soft without being too abrasive.

Dr. Dennis Gross Collagen Cream – I’m on my second one! This is luxurious, hydrating and leaves the skin plump. I love it night or day to lock in moisture. It has the best texture too!

Herbivore Phoenix Oil. This oil changed the game for me — it’s so hydrating and it made me dislike all my other oils! I love the smell and out of the 3 Herbivore oils, this one is the most hydrating. I need the full size! I will say, Youth To the People Superberry oil and Kora Organics Noni face glow oil are my other honorable mentions/faves that I loved towards the beginning of 2018!

Pixi Peel & Polish. – The gentler version of Drunk Elephant Baby Facial! It’s a chemical exfoliant and leaves your skin glowing.

Pantene Charcoal Shampoo/Conditioner. – I’ve talked about this many times. I wash my hair once a week now! Game changing and I never have greasy roots anymore.

Batiste Dry Shampoo. – Still my #1 dry shampoo and my go-to.

Wow Dream Coat Frizz Spray. – Dramatically reduces the frizz when I blow dry my hair! It leaves my hair smooth and sleek and it’s a must for me whenever I do my hair.

Invisibobble Hairbands slim. – The only hairbands I use! Slim is my favorite. They don’t pull or dent my hair!

Ouai Rose Hair & Body Oil. – I love that I can use this on everything! Smells amazing. I use it in my hair or mixed with tan drops.

Olaplex 3. My GO-TO hair treatment since 2013. Ahh. If your hair is damaged, this is your only hope. I went through at least 4 this year.

I didn’t have a blush option because I’m so back and forth with blush. Same goes for powder and foundation or tinted moisturizer. Still on the lookout for a good chapstick, eye cream and cleansing balm! Spot any faves? What have you loved this year?!
