Every end of October/November there is a Sephora VIB sale. Anyone that is part of their member rewards program, Beauty Insiders, which is free — gets to shop the sale! There’s always one in the spring, one in the fall and they’re always something to look forward too. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; I’m a BIG Sephora girl. I love that place, I’m always excited to go there and if I’m having a bad day, stopping by always makes me feel better!
I’m a pro…aka. I’ve done a few of these Sephora recommendation posts before so I’ll link those here so I don’t repeat myself.
Here’s my most recent one from the sale Sephora did in August — they usually don’t do an August one, this one was to jump-start their updated points and VIB system.
Here’s my post from last year’s sale!
For VIB Rouge, the sale kicks off on Oct 26 till the 29th. It’s 20% off. For VIB it’s Nov. 2-5, 20% off. The sale works online and instore. You’ll get a card sent to you in the mail.
Every year big ticket items usually are sold out, whether they’re sold out or Sephora doesn’t want to seel them on sale I’m sure. This includes Pat McGrath palettes and more expensive, newer releases…ahem I’m sure all the Charlotte Tilbury stuff this year. If you want something, act fast!
Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi is amazing. Whether you want to bronze up your face or make your foundation darker and glowier, this product is a dream and it protects your skin from pollution and free radicals. I love it mixed with a tinted SPF for my everyday routine. I use this product I’ll the time I and I should probably pick up a backup.
The Isle of Paradise tan drops are a staple year round, especially when it gets cold. I’ve tried the medium and dark. I like the dark better because it’s the equilivent of 2-3 nights of the medium drops and I don’t need to do it as often. I reccommend mixing it with an oil or water based serum.
I love the GO-TO face oil. It’s luxurious and hydrating on the skin. It melts in quckly and isn’t greasy. It reminds me of a cheaper verison of the Kora Organics Noni Face Glow Oil which I adore.
Hourglass Caution Mascara is 10/10 for length and volume and doesn’t smudge! I love it so much and it’s a staple for me. I also love the Lancome Monsieur Big which also doesn’t smudge and gives you big lashes.
Kaja Beauty is a new k-beauty line at Sephora and I adore their stamp blush and eyeshadow trios. I just did an Instagram post review, here. I love both, they perform well and look even better plus they aren’t super pricey. They’re a great new find!
Summer Fridays Overtime Mask. I love this SF mask way better then Jet Lag. It leaves my skin SO soft, glowy and noticeably brighter. It’s a physical exfoliant with bigger particles but not totally abrasive or irritating.
Farmacy Green Clean is the best makeup cleasning balm hands down. It gets rid of everything, doesn’t leave a residue and won’t dry you out.
Milk Makeup Blur Setting Powder. I was iffy about this at first but since I’ve used some of the product, I have an easier time getting it out of the netting applicator. I don’t like the netting because it gets dirty but I like how finely milled this powder is. I really enjoy this powder as someone with dry skin. Not so sure if it’s heavy enough for oily skin. On the plus side it doesn’t leave a white cast or flashback.
I use the Kiehl’s vitamin c line reducing serum every morning and I love it! It’s noticeably helped with lines and dark spots. It’s a lotion so it’s a more stable form of vitamin c but it tingles a bit.
Caudalie Brightening Essence. This is a gentle product that lightly exfoliates and helps to shed dead skin so you’re left with a glowy, spot free complexion.
Too Faced Born This Way Concealer. I love this full coverage concealer because it hydrates and covers EVERYTHING. I’d rather use a full coverage concealer on the problem area then use a foundation.
Dr. Dennis Gross Collagen cream. Ooohhh what a heavenly moisturizer. It leaves your skin plump and hydrating after application. It’s heavier so if you’re dry I think you would like this.
Urban Decay Born to Run palette is one of the best palettes at the moment and you can create so many looks with it.
Too Faced Natural Eye Palette. This palette gets a lot of love and it’s so easy to use. Everyone needs a neutral palette and this one is very good.
Hourglass Eye Glitters. Amazing. So metallic and glittery on the eye. Easy to use and no fallout. Not to mention gorgeous so you’re going to want all of them!
Bite Beauty Agave lip masks are so hydrating and perfect for this time of year when everyone’s lis are chapped.
The Huda Beauty Amethyst obsessions palettehas the most gorgeous shimmers ever and the shadows are easy to use.
The Marc Jacobs gel liners are the best eyeliner hands down.
Invisibobble slim hair bands are the best hairbands and the only kind I use!
Defintely not getting all of this!
